FREE SHIPPING

We waive shipping costs for completed orders totalling over $199.

In the event that a customer chooses to return all or part of an order that initially qualified for free shipping, certain conditions will apply.     We will readily refund or exchange qualified items returned within 30 days of the shipping date. To be qualified for return or exchange, pieces of clothing must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all labels and tags appended.

    Items not eligible for return

    Following the hygienic and health regulations and due to the intimate nature of products, we can't accept returns of any products with a gusset/crotch section or which come with attached panties: bikini bottoms, one-piece swimwear, undergarments, lingerie sets with matching panties, all types of panties, including men’s underwear. Those products are a FINAL SALE.

    All SALE purchases (products that are marked with the red tags) are the last sale, and no returns are possible. Also, kindly note that delivery charges are not refundable.

    Gift certificates are not redeemable for money and may not be returned.

    Items should be returned in original condition, with all tags intact, unworn, and completely free of any fragrances, including (but not limited to) bodily smells, perfumes, food, smoke, pet hair and stains. Products in any condition other than that they were initially sent won't qualify for return, credit, or exchange.

    Return/Exchange Checklist

    • Articles of clothing are with original bundling and with all labels attached.

    REFUND POLICY

    When we get the return and verify that it complies with our Terms and Conditions, we will instantly refund you the purchase cost, including applicable taxes.

    All applicable shipping costs (for the original and return shipping) incurred associated with the order will be deducted from the refund.
