When we select brands to sell to our customers, we ensure we provide the best possible quality. Therefore, we look for the following:

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Firstly, you have to check the applicable shipping terms. If the order consists of several products, the item with the longest expected delivery date determines the whole order’s delivery time. For instance, if one item is expected to arrive in two weeks, and another is expected to arrive in four weeks, then you can expect both items to arrive in four weeks. This is because we send a consolidated package only when the last unit is ready for dispatch. If you want both items to be sent separately so one item will arrive earlier, simply email us, and we can make accommodations. If you have still not received your parcel, please, contact us so that we can find it's whereabouts. We will contact the shipping company and start a claim if needed.
WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR ORDERS ELIGIBLE FOR FREE DELIVERY?
- Free shipping for Canada is conducted through Canada Post Expedited Parcel;
- Free shipping for the US is conducted through US Tracked Packet USA;
- Free shipping for international countries is conducted through Tracked Packet International (temporarily unavailable until further notice).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you wish to return an item, please ensure that it is unwashed, unworn, free of fragrance and stains, and eligible for return. The item must have original tags attached, and you must have your original receipt or invoice. If your article meets these criteria, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of conveyance. We will give you instructions on how to return your item. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept the return of one-piece swimsuits, bikini bottoms, lingerie with a gusset (crotch), all types of panties, including men’s underwear. HOW DO YOUR SIZES FIT?
To make your online shopping experience as easy as possible, we have sizing charts specific to our best-selling brands. Follow this link to see the size chart for each brand.
HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?
To take your measurements, all you need is a tape measure and yourself (or maybe a friend, as it’s easier to get proper measurements when someone else measures you). The basic measurements areas are chest, waist, hips. Simply wrap the tape measure around the circumference of these areas. If you struggle to measure yourself, there are helpful videos on YouTube that can show you the step-by-step process!
WHAT IF I ORDER FROM A BRAND THAT ISN’T ON THE SIZE GUIDE?
If you cannot find the size chart for a particular brand, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for consultation. We are here to help and will send you measurements of items if you desire.
CAN I SHOP IN-PERSON?
Unfortunately, not. As for now, Bralissimo is only an online retailer. However, we do have plans to open a brick-and-mortar store shortly!
WHERE IS YOUR ONLINE STORE BASED?
We are a family-owned business operated from Langley, British Columbia, Canada.
WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU SHIP THROUGH?
We regularly ship:
- domestics orders with Canada Post;
- US and International orders with Canada Post and DHL.
In some cases (especially when store transfers are involved), we reserve the right to change the delivery method to faster (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, USPS) without additional payment and agreement with the client.
I INPUT THE WRONG ADDRESS — WHAT DO I DO?
If you input any inaccurate information, send an email to our customer service team INSERT email@example.com or (1)778-957-3515 as soon as possible. What we can do to help will be based off whether your order has already been shipped, so we will problem-solve each situation on a case-by-case basis.
