Shipping

We ship across Canada using Canada Post Expedited and UPS Standard. Orders to the United States and other international destinations are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet International or UPS Standard.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Free Shipping (Canada)
Orders over $149 qualify for free shipping. If items are returned and the remaining order value falls below $149, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Processing Time
Processing times vary by product and are indicated on each product page. Items marked “Next Day Shipping or Pickup” are available for dispatch or pickup within 24 hours. If your order includes items with different processing times, it will ship based on the longest processing time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please note that delivery times depend on the carrier and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing, or peak holiday periods.

Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

Duties and Taxes

Canada: GST/HST is applied at checkout based on your province.

United States (effective August 29, 2025): Import duties apply to all U.S. orders regardless of order value. These charges are calculated and collected at checkout and remitted to U.S. Customs. Duties and import taxes are non-refundable if items are returned.

Other International Orders: Duties and taxes are not charged at checkout. Local customs authorities may apply charges upon delivery, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the shipping date by contacting support@bralissimo.com.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Due to hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

• breast forms and shapers
• panties (including men’s underwear)
• bikini bottoms
• one-piece swimwear
• lingerie sets with attached panties
• all SALE items marked with a red tag

Shipping Costs and Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, all related shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and verified.
