We offer shipping across Canada using Canada Post Expedited and UPS Standard, while U.S. and international orders are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet International or UPS Standard. Free Shipping: Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping. However, if you return items and the remaining order value drops below $199, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us at order@bralissimo.com within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags intact. Due to hygiene and health regulations, certain items, such as breast forms and shapers, undergarments, panties (including men’s underwear), bikini bottoms, one-piece swimwear, lingerie sets with matching panties, are not eligible for return.

All SALE items marked with a red tag are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Canadian Customers: Return eligible items using any trackable service to our store at 202 Newport Drive, Port Moody, BC, V3H 5B9, Canada.

• U.S. and International Customers: We will provide a return label and detailed instructions.
