Shipping policy
Shipping Methods
We ship packages to all Canadian provinces and territories using Canada Post Expedited and UPS Standard. For most U.S. and international orders, we use Canada Post Tracked Packet International and UPS Standard. Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages from different warehouse locations.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by the volumetric weight of the parcel and the delivery destination. These rates will be displayed at the final stage of checkout. If you prefer a faster shipping service at your own expense, please contact us via email or phone.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive emails with tracking information and updates on its status. If you have an online member profile at bralissimo.com, you can view detailed order and tracking information there.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders totalling over $199. However, if you return all or part of an order that initially qualified for free shipping, certain conditions will apply:
1. Deduction of Shipping Cost: If the value of the retained items falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
2. Refund Calculation: The refund amount is the total amount paid for the returned items minus the shipping cost.
Example: If you initially received free shipping on a $300 order and returned items worth $160, leaving a balance of $140 (below the free shipping threshold), the shipping cost (e.g., $20) will be deducted from your refund.
Order Processing Time
Processing times for each product option are listed on the product page under the price. Products marked as “Next Day Shipping or Pickup” are in immediate stock at our Port Moody store and can be shipped or picked up within 24 hours. For other products, the estimated processing time (available to ship within…) includes the shipping time from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
Please note that the processing time information for each selected item is also visible in your cart. We strive to ship orders quickly, but items may be temporarily out of stock, which could slightly extend the processing time. If your order contains items with different processing times, the shipping date will be determined by the item with the longest processing time.
If you need some products to arrive sooner, consider placing a separate order for them.
Our online inventory reflects both in-store and manufacturer’s stock. While we strive for accuracy, popular items may sell out before our inventory updates. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you and offer a refund or a replacement option. The remaining items will be dispatched as usual. If the cancellation or replacement causes your order to fall below the $199 free shipping threshold, your principal order will still qualify for free delivery.
We make every effort to dispatch online orders as quickly as possible. However, changing or cancelling an order after it’s been placed can be difficult. Please contact us directly for quick support regarding size, color, or style.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Bralissimo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned or extra shipping costs occur because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for these costs. We may ask for payment before re-sending the order or deduct the costs from any refund if the package is not re-shipped.
Sales Taxes and Duties
For Orders Delivered within Canada:
The GST/HST relevant to your province will be applied at checkout based on the shipping address provided.
For Orders Delivered to the United States (effective August 29, 2025):
Due to changes in U.S. customs regulations, all orders shipped to the United States are now subject to import duties, regardless of order value. These charges are calculated and collected by Bralissimo at checkout and remitted directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Sales taxes may also apply in certain U.S. states where required by law.
If part of an order or the entire order is cancelled before it has been shipped, all payments for the cancelled items — including the duties and taxes specifically allocated to those items — will be refunded. Duties related to items that remain in the order will not be refunded.
For Orders Delivered Outside Canada and the U.S.:
If your shipping address is outside Canada and the United States, Bralissimo does not charge duties or taxes at checkout. However, your local customs office or carrier may impose additional charges upon delivery. Bralissimo cannot anticipate these costs and is not responsible for them. All such duties and taxes remain the customer’s responsibility. For details, please contact your local customs office.
