Medical compression supports the lymphatic drainage . CuraLymph compression products are ideal for women with a light lymphoedema (stage 1) in the thoracic and chest area.
External pressure, in combination with movement of the thoracic area, has a positive effect on reducing the lymph. Aiming at mitigating mild to moderate swelling, feeling of heaviness and relief of discomfort and pain.
- Innovative Bonding Technology provides flat seams, impedes cutting in the superficial lymph system. the material in combination with the bonding technique results in a higher stiffness of the material, ideal in order to keep up the pressure towards the body from the outside

Shipping Policy:
We offer shipping across Canada using Canada Post Expedited and UPS Standard, while U.S. and international orders are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet International or UPS Standard. Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight of your package and its destination. These costs will be displayed during checkout.
Free Shipping: Orders over $249 qualify for free shipping. However, if you return items and the remaining order value drops below $249, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Order Processing: Processing times vary by product and are indicated on the product page. Items marked for “Next Day Shipping or Pickup” can be dispatched within 24 hours. If your order includes items with different processing times, we will ship everything together based on the longest processing time. For faster delivery, consider placing separate orders.
Order Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can also view detailed order and tracking information if you have an online member profile on our website.

Returns and Exchanges:
If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us at order@bralissimo.com within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags intact. Due to hygiene and health regulations, certain items, such as breast forms and shapers, undergarments, panties (including men’s underwear), bikini bottoms, one-piece swimwear, lingerie sets with matching panties, are not eligible for return.
All SALE items marked with a red tag are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process:
• Canadian Customers: Return eligible items using any trackable service to our store at 202 Newport Drive, Port Moody, BC, V3H 5B9, Canada.
• U.S. and International Customers: We will provide a return label and detailed instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund, including applicable taxes, within three business days. However, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that all shipping costs (both original and return) will be deducted from the refund.
