Shipping
We offer shipping across Canada using Canada Post Expedited and UPS Standard, while U.S. and international orders are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet International or UPS Standard.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight of your package and its destination. These costs will be displayed during checkout.
Free Shipping: Orders over $149 qualify for free shipping. However, if you return items and the remaining order value drops below $149, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Order Processing: Processing times vary by product and are indicated on the product page. Items marked for “Next Day Shipping or Pickup” can be dispatched within 24 hours. If your order includes items with different processing times, we will ship everything together based on the longest processing time. For faster delivery, consider placing separate orders.
Order Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can also view detailed order and tracking information if you have an online member profile on our website.
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is refused upon delivery, the original shipping charges, as well as any duties and import taxes paid at checkout, are non-refundable. Additional reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Duties and Taxes:
- Canada: GST/HST will be applied at checkout based on your province.
- United States (effective August 29, 2025): All U.S. orders are subject to import duties regardless of order value. These charges are collected by Bralissimo at checkout and remitted to U.S. Customs. Duties and taxes are non-refundable if items are returned after shipment.
- Other International Orders: Duties and taxes are not charged at checkout. Local customs may impose additional charges on delivery, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us at support@bralissimo.com within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned in original condition — unwashed, unworn, with all tags intact.

- Panties (including men’s underwear)
- Bikini bottoms
- One-piece swimwear
- Lingerie sets with matching panties
- All SALE items marked with a red tag

Refunds
Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund (including applicable taxes) within three business days. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
- All shipping costs (original and return) will be deducted from the refund.
- Duties and import taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, as they are remitted to customs authorities.
- If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery or an incorrect address, all related shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be deducted from any eligible refund.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original order.
