BOGO Promotion — Terms & Returns Policy
How does the BOGO offer work?
When you purchase two eligible items, the lower-priced item receives a promotional discount as specified in the offer (for example, 50% off).
The discount applies only when both items are purchased and kept.
Are items purchased under BOGO eligible for return?
Yes — with important conditions.
Items purchased under a BOGO promotion may be eligible for return only if they meet our standard return requirements (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and within the return window).
Return eligibility does not change based on participation in the promotion.
Items marked Final Sale on the product page remain Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
What happens if I return one item from a BOGO purchase?
If one item from a BOGO pair is returned:
- the BOGO promotion is void,
- the remaining item is recalculated at its original price,
- the refund is issued based on the recalculated order total.
The promotional discount applies only when both items are kept.
Example: How refunds are recalculated
Example purchase:
- Item A — $120
- Item B — $80
- BOGO applies: 50% off Item B
Total paid:
- Item A: $120
- Item B: $40
- Total: $160
If Item A is returned:
- BOGO is void
- Item B is recalculated at $80
- Refund issued: $160 − $80 = $80
Important:
The discounted price applies only when both items are kept.
If one item is returned, the remaining item reverts to its original price.
Can I return both items from a BOGO purchase?
Yes — provided both items meet our standard return conditions and are not marked Final Sale.
Refunds will be issued based on the recalculated order total without the promotional discount.
Are any BOGO items Final Sale?
Any item marked Final Sale on the product page remains Final Sale, including when purchased under a BOGO promotion.
Additional Notes
- BOGO applies to eligible in-stock items only.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promo codes unless explicitly stated.
