Return Policy
If you need to return or exchange a product purchased on our site, please email us at support@bralissimo.com to arrange the return or exchange. Once your return is approved:
- For Canadian Customers: Return the eligible garment(s) using any trackable service. The return address is:

- For U.S. and International Customers: We will provide a return label and detailed return instructions.
DO NOT SEND THE RETURN WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS!
We will promptly process refunds or exchanges for qualified items returned within 30 days of the shipping date. To be eligible for return or exchange, garments must be returned in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, and with all labels and tags intact.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene and health regulations and the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for silicone breast enhancers, breast forms and shapers, items with a gusset/crotch section or those that come with attached panties. This includes:
- Bikini bottoms
- One-piece swimwear
- Undergarments
- Lingerie sets with matching panties
- All types of panties, including men’s underwear
All SALE items (products marked with a red tag) are considered FINAL SALE, and no returns are possible.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Other Non-Returnable Items
- Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be returned.
Conditions for Product Return
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact, unworn, and free of any fragrances, including (but not limited to) bodily odours, perfumes, food, smoke, pet hair, and stains. Products in any condition other than as they were initially sent will not qualify for a return, credit, or exchange.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your return and verify that it complies with our Terms and Conditions, we will process your refund, including applicable taxes, within three business days. However, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Please note that all applicable shipping costs (for both the original and return shipping) associated with the order will be deducted from the refund.
Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries: If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address or refusal to accept the delivery, all related shipping costs, duties, and import taxes will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Duties and Taxes: Duties and import taxes paid at checkout for orders shipped outside Canada are non-refundable in case of returns, as they are forwarded to the relevant customs authorities.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
