To be qualified for return or exchange, pieces of clothing must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all labels appended. Because of the hygienic laws of  Canada and due to the intimate nature of products, we can't acknowledge returns of underwear, thongs, nor any undergarments set including these products and bodysuits.

Things returned in any condition other than that in which they were initially sent, won't be qualified for return, credit, or exchange (i.e. antiperspirant stains, smoke notice, pet hair, pet stains,sewn-in tags).

All sale purchase is the last sale and no returns are possible. Kindly note that delivery charges are not refundable.

Refund Policy

When we get the return and verify that it complies with our Terms and Conditions, we will instantly refund you the cost of the purchase, in addition to taxes. All refunds will be made in a similar type of payment as were purchases.
