We waive shipping costs for completed orders totaling over $199. However, in the case of returned orders, they are not considered complete. Hence, the shipping cost incurred to deliver the order to the customer will be deducted from the refund, along with the return shipping cost, if a prepaid shipping label is provided.

If you need to return or exchange a piece of clothing purchased on our site, please email email@example.com to organize it. Once the return has been approved:

- US and International customers will be provided by return label and return instructions.
We will readily refund or exchange qualified items returned within 30 days of the shipping date. To be qualified for return or exchange, pieces of clothing must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all labels and tags appended.
Items not eligible for return
Following the hygienic and health regulations and due to the intimate nature of products, we can't accept returns of any products with a gusset/crotch section or which come with attached panties: bikini bottoms, one-piece swimwear, undergarments, lingerie sets with matching panties, all types of panties, including men’s underwear. Those products are a FINAL SALE.
All SALE purchases are the last sale, and no returns are possible. Also, kindly note that delivery charges are not refundable.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for money and may not be returned.
Things returned in any condition other than that in which they were initially sent won't be qualified for return, credit, or exchange (i.e. antiperspirant stains, smoke notice, pet hair, pet stains, sewn-in tags).
- Contact BRALISSIMO client service by phone or email in a span of 30 days of conveyance.
- Articles of clothing are unwashed, unworn, and free of fragrance and stains.
- Articles of clothing are with original bundling and with all labels attached.
- A copy of your customs receipt/invoice is incorporated
- No ineligible for return items are being returned.
When we get the return and verify that it complies with our Terms and Conditions, we will instantly refund you the purchase cost, including applicable taxes.
All applicable shipping costs (for the original and return shipping) incurred associated with the order will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase.
